Ripening rooms are industrial grade product coolers with the versatility to blast-chill field-heat a wide variety of produce as well as refrigerate banana and tomato ripening rooms. These product coolers can also be designed for high volume blast chilling to over 240,000 BTUH with 35,000 CFM.
