Russell Launches New Online Warranty Submission Program – Sept. 25, 2012

Russell, a leading American manufacturer of heat transfer products for the HVAC/R industries announces the launch of a new online warranty submission page to further enhance our customers experience with Russell.

The online system, an intuitive web based entry system, will serve to streamline our warranty submission process which will lead to faster, more consistent processing of warranty claims. Once the customer and equipment information is entered, file attachments may be added to the submission such as service invoices, receipts or other supporting documentation. This will ensure the submission is complete in one step for our customers verses the legacy system that required a combination of email, traditional mail and fax systems that had to be matched
up in order to process the claim.

The submission system can be accessed via the link below or through the Support > Warranty Information menus on the website.

In addition to the availability of the new entry system, Russell has increased the resources available to process the submitted claims further increasing the speed and accuracy of the process. Claims are now received and processed entirely out of the Scottsboro, Alabama facility improving the efficiency of root cause identification and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
